Guided Hikes on the Bruce Trail
Let one of our experienced guides take you on a scenic hike on the Bruce Trail. The hike can be coordinated for any fitness level. A picnic lunch or snack can be arranged by the Resort (food & beverage is priced separately)
Canadian Wine Tasting
Enjoy an all Canadian wine tasting that highlights the best of what Canada has to offer. Three wines will be chosen and served with a matched Canadian cheese board. Let us guide you through a discussion of how to properly taste wine, wine and food pairings and a detailed description of the wines highlighted during this session.
Wine Pairing Menu
Let us guide you through an engaging and interesting food and wine pairing dinner. We'll offer insight and knowledge about the never ending world of wine, while you enjoy an exquisite chef's menu paired with gems from our wine cellar. Three, Five and Seven Course Wine Pairings are available.
Beer Tasting
A selection of six beers focusing on local, artisanal breweries and International selections of various styles. This event can be held prior to or after your dinner and includes cheese and charcuterie for your enjoyment.
*Beverage seminars are available either prior to 6pm or after 8pm.
Alternate timing may be available and will be confirmed at time of request.
Custom Cooking Demonstrations
A Perfect Risotto
Enjoy a cooking demonstration, tastings and a glass of wine while learning the tips to making the perfect risotto. Gather around the food bar to watch the chef prepare one of the most challenging Italian inspired dishes, a garden risotto. Includes an informative 30-45 minute session with questions and answers with the chef.
Garden Inspired Brick Oven Pizza
Gather around the outdoor grill and learn the art of pizza making. Prepared before your eyes in 90 seconds from our Wood-Fired Oven using fresh garden ingredients. Enjoy a cooking demonstration, tastings and glass of wine in Hockley’s garden. Includes an informative 30-45 minute session with questions and answers with the chef.
Garden Tour
Enjoy a guided tour through our organic garden and orchard. During the tour we will explain gardening techniques, secrets of the trade and showcase our garden to table philosophies.
Guests will be free to taste the bounties of the garden depending on the season and what is available. The guided tour will also include a tour of our experimental vineyard where you will be treated with a glass of sparkling wine as you meander through the vines exploring the several grape varietals that we are growing.
(Minimum 15 persons or a service charge will apply. Maximum 25 persons or additional labour charges will apply) (Garden Tours available twice daily late June through October and are weather dependent)
High Energy Activity Break
Designed to “shake things up”, this 10-minute break will actively engage participants through laughter, playfulness and interactive activities. This highly energetic facilitator is sure to get any group of people moving.

Group Stretch Break
This 15-minute stretch program will stretch your body and your mind and revitalize and refresh all participants involved.

High Ropes Course
The Ropes Course take place around 30ft from the ground on permanent cable structures organized into over 15 different activities. This activity produces measurable learning outcomes & memorable experiences. Each program is individually customized & priced accordingly. Programs are offered by Summit Training (contact information available upon request).
Comedy Show from Yuk Yuk's
Customized comedy shows available onsite for your group before, during or after dinner, 45 minutes or longer in length. Your choice of one or more of Yuk Yuk's top comedians such as: Gerry Dee, Steve Patterson, James Cunningham, Chuck Byrn or Pete Zedlacher.
“Tricks of the Trade” Team building magic workshops with Anthony Lindan
Customized programs available, a fun interactive hand on way to look at learning, communication, problem solving, risk taking, time management, presentation skills and creativity.
Casino Nights
If you like poker, roulette, craps, black jack, baccarat or slots we can have them brought here for your own private fully staffed casino event.
Priced accordingly based on individual requirements and contact information will be provided to the client for direct bookings.
Group Golf Event
Improve your Golf Skills with 2 x 30 minute workstations with our professional golf staff. Alternate between stations focusing on putting and chipping.
Snowshoe Expedition
Let one of our experienced guides take your group on a winter snowshoe excursion through the rolling hills of the Niagara Escarpment. Exploring the vast wonderment of our natural surroundings the beauty and stillness of winter will unfold as your group enjoys the breathtaking views and toasts to celebrate the moment together.
Choose to experience this as a night walk to include an exploration of the winter sky.
Cross Country Ski Lesson
Learn your classic cross country ski technique, or receive an introduction to the exciting skate technique with fun and fitness. CANSI level 1 instructor specializes in giving your group a gradually paced on-snow experience on groomed and track set Hockley trails.
