Looking for a different twist on fall’s favourite flavour? Take pumpkin to the next level with this delicious recipe from our kitchen:
2 cups pumpkin puree
2 cups white sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ginger
Optional additions: raisins, pumpkin seeds
Preheat oven to 350°and grease 2 loaf pans.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil and eggs until well mixed.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger.
Pour into loaf pans, bake for 60-65 minutes and enjoy!
