Summer Salads: Tips from the Kitchen

What’s the secret to a delicious summer salad? The chefs in our kitchen say that 2 things are key: keep it raw and keep it seasonal.

How do you decide what to add to your plate? At this time of year, some of the best strawberries, asparagus and radishes are available. Add any kind of vinegar, salt and greens to complete your plate. We adjust our ingredients according to the season and what we’ve harvested from the farm.

There’s a myriad of ingredients that you can add to compliment your salad, from prosciutto to blue cheese to walnuts – make it your own by adding a few of your favourites!
