The Organic Garden

The organic fruit and vegetable garden at Hockley Valley Resort provides 80 per cent of all menu ingredients. Spanning four acres, the garden helps to reduce our carbon footprint, increase guest satisfaction, and enriching our property’s aesthetic.

Our garden serves as an embodiment our farm-to-table philosophy.

Guests can visit cabin, Babbo, and 85 to sample culinary delights fresh from the field. In the winter months, the garden provides house-made pickles and preserves for our signature dishes.
