15 oz. fresh roasted pumpkin purée
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 organic eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Estate honey
9” pie crust unbaked
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Whisk together roasted pumpkin purée, eggs, condensed milk, all spices and salt until it becomes smooth in texture.
Pour the mix into the crust and bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool and garnish with whipped cream or vanilla sour cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve.
