Babbo’s August Feature: Tropical Swizzle

August is here and we hope you’ve been busy spending time on patios, soaking up the summer sun and indulging in all the things you love! Have you tried our featured cocktail yet? Babbo features a special cocktail each month, and this month it’s the Tropical Swizzle. Here’s how we make it:

Add the following to a shaker:
1.5oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1oz Egg White
1oz Lemon Juice
1oz Simple Syrup
A Bar Spoon of Orange Curd
2 dashes of orange bitters
Next add ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish and enjoy!
