Mini Pumpkin Tarts

It’s pumpkin season!  Impress your guests with this mini version of  the classic pumpkin pie:


Mini tart shells (from scratch or pre-made)
1 can pumpkin purée
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. ginger
1 egg


Combine all ingredients. Pipe or spoon filling into tart shells. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
