2 cups fresh cranberries
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 ½ cups cranberry juice
Simmer all ingredients in a pot. For whole berry sauce, simmer until berries split. For a jam-like consistency, simmer for about 1 hour. When it reaches a jam consistency, it’s done! Feel free to add cinnamon stick, ground nutmeg or orange zest for extra flavour.
This recipe makes about 2 cups and can be stored unopened for 1 month. Enjoy!
