Roasted Squash: How It’s Done

‘Tis the season for roasting root veggies and enjoying all things fall! How do we roast squash in our kitchen? Our chefs love kobucha squash, so that’s what we use. Here is the super simple step by step process we follow, give it a try at home:

1. Cut your squash quarters and scoop out the seeds.

2. Drizzle with organic honey, olive oil, thyme and crushed garlic.

3. Roast at 350° until tender.

4. Add toasted pine nuts, beet chips, greens (or anything else you like) to make squash the entrée, or add the squash to a protein for an amazing side dish.

5. Serve and enjoy!
